Abstract

The tools of innovation constitute a momentous element in the support to takes it of decisions in front of the models of current businesses.  The bursting in artificial intelligence has made significant emphasis on the tools of innovation, standing out the reasoning based on cases, as a belonging technique to the artificial intelligence, useful for the support to takes it of decisions. about the matter, the Think innovation tool, it is based specifically on the reasoning based on cases, to do of the model of EM3 businesses, a model capable of rectifying the deficiencies of a business and conduct to efficient attainment of the income-yield capacity of the businesses. The model of EM3 business, contribute to innovate towards an objective market, in which is involved the areas that know the market for the sake of lining up thoughts to achieve better innovations and cover the needs of the market, all it thanks to the recommendations that contribute the innovation tool Think when using the technique of artificial intelligence the reasoning based on cases. At present work it is proposed as objective describe the innovation tool Think, to lean it takes of decisions and decide the viability and income-yield capacity of the businesses, by obtaining through it maps of clients in which it is identified your needs, in order to achieve redesign strategies of businesses that favor the income-yield capacity.
