Abstract

The jackfruit (Artocarpus Hetephyllus) is a little known fruit nationally, regionally and locally, through this project is intended to give aspects General and specific of this fruit, the objective of this research was to determine which Yaca products can develop and market in order to contribute to the well-being of persons, in addition to collecting information necessary for the processing and marketing of products, whereas the benefits that these bring to the health of the people. We conducted a review of work related to the theme, as well as a survey addressed to persons of concern, in order to validate the research.
